Synkla is an app for planning and coordinating events with friends. You can create events, suggest times and invite participants, who can then respond to the invitations.

• Not send spam or unwanted invitations
• Not attempt to damage or disrupt the service

5. Zero tolerance for inappropriate content

Synkla has zero tolerance for inappropriate, offensive, hateful or abusive content and abusive users. This applies to event chats, event names, profile information and all other user-generated communication.

You can report inappropriate messages or block users directly in the app by pressing and holding a message. We review all reports within 24 hours and may take action such as removing content, issuing warnings or permanently closing accounts that violate these terms.

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Hate speech, harassment or bullying
• Threats of violence or self-harm
• Sexual content or exploitation of minors
• Spam, fraud or misleading information
• Sharing someone else's private information without consent

6. Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app. By using the service, you grant us the right to use this content to provide and improve the service.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the service.
